JOB OVERVIEW 
  • Designs and programs engaging, relevant, and memorable large group experiences for all Next Gen environments (birth – 12th grade) and Next Gen ministry events. 
SPECIFIC DUTIES 
  • Collaborate with all ministry leads to create engaging experiences across large group and small group environments 
  • Recruit, schedule, and train coach and volunteer teams of adults and students (worship, tech, producers, set team, and host/teaching teams) in all Next Gen environments 
    • Production, Programming, & Tech:  
    • Shepherds and lead production coaches to oversee all Next Gen large group environments and lead their teams through weekend production  
    • Oversee programming and slide support for all Next Gen large group experiences and ministry events 
    • Build Planning Center to provide order of service content for all Next Gen weekend environments and events 
    • Innovate and manage PTSM live stream & all Next Gen YouTube accounts 
    • Responsible for Next Gen spaces (BYT, TH, Loft Theatre) stage design & technical equipment needs and upkeep. 
    • Coordinate with Production staff to implement best practices for production and technology 
    • Coordinate with Production staff to schedule regular trainings on equipment and processes 
    • Provides Sunday morning oversight of Next Gen spaces (BYT, TH, Loft Theatre) 
    • Produces services weekly in the Loft 
  • Teaching Team: 
    • Edit Preteen and PTSM host scripts (including game elements) 
    • Coordinate deliverables for speaker content and scheduling in PTSM environments 
  • Worship:  
    • Recruit, schedule, and train coach and volunteer worship teams of adults and students (worship kids, worship leaders, and worship coaches) in TrailKids Early Childhood and Lower Elementary environments 
    • Shepherd and empower worship coaches to lead teams of volunteer 
    • Ensure worship sets are scheduled at least one month out for Preteen and PTSM environments 
    • Design quarterly worship sets and choreography for Early Childhood and Lower Elementary environments 
    • Drive the ministry with a holistic lens that innovates new ways to reach the next generation. 
    • Supervises Next Gen Production Coordinator 
    • Contribute to and participate in all Next Gen events 
    • Collaborate with the Next Gen teams to create a cohesive experience for kids, students, and families 
QUALIFICATIONS
